The Battle of Monmouth Reenactment & America’s Big Birthday Parade

Celebrate America250 with the annual reenactment of the Battle of Monmouth—fought on June 28, 1778, marking the end of the Philadelphia Campaign and often described as the longest single day of combat in the American Revolutionary War. Hundreds of troops will encamp at the park throughout the weekend, recreating key moments of the battle. Presentations and guided tours of the encampment will also be available.
